Can a Baby Chick Be Revived When It Gets Too Cold?

I ordered 15 pullets from Timeless Poultry and they arrived last evening. I've put them all in a small pen in my bedroom with a heat lamp. All of the chicks can well, but one was very cold. She is breathing, but looks lifeless. If I didn't see her breathing, I would think that she was dead. Her body is cold. The temperature of my house is 76 degrees.
