Hello, new here, my dove lost a claw

We have a wonderful pet dove that we got as a baby. She is now almost 25 years old. Her name is Noel.
Last week she quit standing on her right foot. Upon examination it appears she is missing a claw on one of her "toes".

She still flies around her big cage and lands with one foot on her perches and spends time as usual resting on the floor of her habitat.

Will this "toenail" grow back and what advice would you kindly offer?
